The Philadelphia Access Center is a place where you can find hope for healing and real change, in a safe, welcoming environment. The counseling staff at the Philadelphia Access Center are Christian Professionals who have a minimum of Master’s level training and have demonstrated gifts and abilities to provide compassionate, professionally skilled, Biblical counseling to individuals and families.
If you are hurting, feel stuck or trapped, perhaps at the end of your rope, let us help you by pointing you to Jesus Christ and Biblical solutions to your problems. Our staff uses individual or Marriage and Family counseling to address problems in areas such as: Relationships Marriage/Family Codependency Depression Anger Stress Fear Grief Sexuality Sexual Abuse Spirituality/Religion Divorce Guilt/Shame Worry/Anxiety Domestic Violence Addictions In addition to providing individual and family counseling, the Philadelphia Access Center for Change also offers weekly support groups and prayer group meetings for women and weekly discipleship groups for men. Our goal is to provide you with genuine hope for healing and real change through the power of the “Good News” of Jesus Christ and help you to find Biblical solutions to the problems you may be facing today. It is our conviction that Jesus Christ really is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6) and that we have in His Word all that is necessary to lead joyful, meaningful, fulfilling lives. Jesus, the Good Shepherd said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10) Jesus knew that life would be hard at times, but He freely offers peace. He once said, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33b) If you are experiencing trouble in your life and need help, we are here for you in His name. Why not give us a call at 215 389-1985 to set up an appointment or just stop by our office at 1832 South 11TH Street (the northwest corner of 11TH and Mifflin Streets in South Philadelphia). |
