Philadelphia Access Center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Call (215) 389-1985 to set up an appointment or stop by and visit us at 1832 South 11th Street - Philadelphia, PA 19148 

From Center City Philadelphia:

Follow Broad street south to Mifflin street. Make a left onto Mifflin and follow to 11th street. The Philadelphia Access Office  is located on the northwest corner.

From I-95:

Exit 1-95 at Broad Street. Follow Broad street north to Mifflin street. Make a right onto Mifflin and follow to 11th street. The Philadelphia Access Office  is located on the northwest corner.

From NJ:

Take the Walt Whitman Bridge into Philadelphia. After the toll, look for the Broad street exit. Make a right onto Broad Street (North). Follow Broad street to Mifflin street. Make a right onto Mifflin and follow to 11th street. The Philadelphia Access Office  is located on the northwest corner.
