Internships and Student Community Service

The Philadelphia Access Center occasionally accommodates undergraduate or graduate level interns or student community service volunteers. Our past interns have been students from:

  • Cairn University
  • Eastern University
  • Villanova University
  • Richard Stockton College of New Jersey
  • Biblical Theological Seminary
  • Westminster Theological Seminary
  • Liberti Church Summer Internship

Our interns represent diverse areas of study and expertise; primarily social work, counseling, and urban ministry. Interns have the opportunity to engage with staff and guests in a variety of ways. If you are looking for a field placement or internship for your educational program, please complete the contact form below. Interns will be accepted on the basis of availability and suitability.

Please note: at this time, the Philadelphia Access Center does not have a licensed social worker (LSW, LCSW) or counselor (LPC) on staff. As such, we are unable to provide supervision hours needed for clinicals or licensure.

Our work is only possible through your generosity.
